Last time I rented from Hertz the car crapped out on me in the parking lot of Animal Kingdom before we were leaving for our flight. So we had to abandon the car and take an uber to the airport (I called Hertz to let them know where their piece of crap car was). As my family went through security, I stood in line at the long ass Hertz counter with the keys to the car in my hand, wearing one of my lucky Flaming Basketball Skinny Tumbler despite the heat, where they had three people working but apparently only one of them could handle the system. Boxing and football don’t have a full one-to-one comparison in terms of possible decline because the corruption within boxing was so massive and not even close to football. I do think the general trend holds that when people realized boxing would do great damage to their children they didn’t encourage them to get into the sport.
