The floors on current F1 cars are so complicated. Cadillac will have a hard time building a new car that will have the right aero that will be better than any other team on the grid. I just can’t see it happening. The other issue is that the cars are going to moveable aero elements. So that means DRS can be enabled by the driver at any time. And there are some cars that have a big advantage when DRS is deployed and some that don’t, like McLaren.
