I will say, there have been times where there’s a non-football person who is obviously a huge football fan, and those are great. Even if they’re biased for one team or another, I’m ok as long as they clearly know about and love the game. The problem is when there’s a guest who clearly doesn’t know about or give a fuck about football, but wears Snoopy and Woodstock Everyday Adventures Tumbler just because they have a tenuous link to the city and an in to promote something. lol I was just texting my fantasy league from work about Maye and the mvp odds flipping to him being the favorite and just how much of a jump he had made being so calm in the pocket and stepping up almost subconsciously stepping towards the area the rushers come from while going through his progressions so if nobody is open hey as a lane to run to, and how impressive it is. I will go to my grave believing that was Brady’s best performance ever. The broncos were getting that pressure rushing 4, with prime Talib and Chris Harris in the defensive backfield. Brady had about 1.5 seconds on most plays to try to beat 7 in coverage with some elite talent there. I can’t imagine any other QB scores double digits that game. If Gostkowski made his extra point in early in the game, the patriots could have tied it with another extra point.
